How can I contact Blitzco?

Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we only ship to Australia. Stay updated on our shipping destinations by subscribing to our email list.
Where do you ship from?
We ship our products from both Australia and China.
Can I change or cancel my order?
To ensure quick processing, please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, requests made after this time cannot be accommodated. However, you can return your order for a full refund upon receiving it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
While our prices are displayed tax-free in AUD, you may be responsible for duties and taxes upon receiving your order. Customs fees are determined by your local customs office.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
If you've received defective, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact us with your order number and photographs of the item(s), and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days. If there's a delay, contact the card-issuing bank for more information.
